Hunger for Health

i survived another 30 hour of hunger. =)
yeap that was me again at my forth 30 Hour Famine camp.

This year, our camp took place at SJK Nan Kai,

it wasn't as many participants as previous year's,

but one thing for sure,

it means A LOT to us.

Introducing our lenglui camp leader,

taking care of kids was fun,

but definitely not easy!

if u wonder how we survived going

hunger for 30 hour without solid food,

i'd tell you,

hunger is never a factor,

what's really hard to deal with,

is life.

what i've learned from the camp?

those people who are suffering from poverty,

they are not fighting with famine,

but a tougher life journey,

ones that you & I could probably never have the chance to experience.

Life is full of uncertainties,

we must always remember to have faith and put on a smile,

and there will be hope after all.

Conclusion,

Battle of the Band: Passport to Fame

One of the largest talent show in Malaysia,

I've been hosting this event since round 1.
So far, we've toured Round 1 and 2 in Klang Valley, Johor and Penang.

Judas (music video review)

As promised,
our Mother Monster has released an official video of her 2nd single from Born This Way album, "Judas" on May 5, 2011.

just PUT YOUR PAWS UP!!

"Why does it looks so normal this time? too ordinary for Gaga!"
i wonder why people been criticizing her in any way. when she did something like Born This Way and everybody says that it's weird it's crazy it's scary. but when she came out with Judas, people whine that "aw... this is too normal.. boring.. no surprise". What do u want people? make up your mind!

"How could she do this to Jesus?! She's crossing the line!"
You think she hates God? You think it's all about anti-Catholicism? You think she's trying to create a religious controversy? You don't know her. Gaga explained to those who doesn't get it: "It is not meant to be an attack on religion. I respect and love everyone's beliefs".

"If it's not about religion, what is it about?"
Whatever you see in this video, is inspired by bible. She uses biblical terms and people as a metaphor of relationship. Lady Gaga is playing Mary Magdalene in Judas video. Mary Magdalene is one of Jesus' followers.

The Biker Gang
As you can see from the beginning, Gaga and the bikers gang, is actually representing Jesus (the guy with crown) and His followers.

The Celebration
There's a big party, dancing and celebrating scene, where Gaga and the Biker gang drinks and dances. It means Jesus and His believers.

Kiss of Judas
The video slowly reveals that Gaga/Mary & Judas is actually in love,
but Gaga couldn't betray Jesus.
so in the betrayal scene, Gaga was supposed to shoot Judas, but she couldn't.
The gun with a lipstick revealed that she loves Judas. The famous "Kiss of Judas" is the final act of betrayal to Jesus.


The Wave
The huge wave hitting on Gaga, means faith. She chooses her faith, the one she truly loves.


The Baptism
Jesus, Judas and Gaga in a same bathtub. Take a closer look at the baptism scene.
There's light at Jesus' side, while Judas is sitting at the dark side.
i think it's a metaphor of Good and Evil.
and she is in love with Judas, the darkside.


Stoned to Death
At the end of the video, it is a sad ending that people don't accept their love, hence throw rocks on her.

Gaga leaves the moment for you to intepret.
My interpretation after all, the video is all about relationship. about loving one that you shouldn't love. You don't need other people's acceptance to choose what you want to love and what you want to be.

i think Judas is a brilliant work. perfectly directed by Lady Gaga.

so i've got too many things to be updated. but i'm lazy to post it up.

apparently, i'm very obsessed with loud style.

probably because i was born to be wild.

Let's have another hair talk again. I've tried 3 hair colors this year.

from brown to orange.

orange to blonde.

and finally from blonde to ash brown.

so my hair is ash brown when i'm writting this.

i always like it when people change their looks but maintain their style.

I'm gonna do a hair-do review about loud hairs and mild hairs,
